Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree unsweetened
  • 1 cup almond milk or preferred milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional for sweetness
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add the pumpkin puree, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and honey into the blender.
  2. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds. The smoothie should be thick and velvety with no lumps.
  3. Drop in the ice cubes and blend again until the mixture is chilled and frothy, about 15 seconds. The smoothie will become lighter in color and more refreshing in texture.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses, and optionally garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of honey for extra flair and aroma.
  5. Serve immediately with a straw, enjoying the smooth, spiced flavors and cooling creaminess.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more ice; for a thinner consistency, increase the milk. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup as desired.
