- Add rolled oats, pumpkin puree, yogurt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to a jar or bowl.
- Pour in milk and honey or maple syrup.
- Stir everything well until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6–8 hours.
- Stir before serving and adjust milk if needed for desired consistency.
Notes
For best results, allow the oats to soak overnight. Feel free to customize with toppings such as sliced banana, toasted pecans, or a drizzle of additional honey.
