Method
 

  1. Cube the watermelon and add it to the blender.
  2. Add 1 cup of ice to the blender for a thicker, colder texture.
  3. If desired, add honey or agave syrup to sweeten the smoothie.
  4. Squeeze in a bit of lime juice for a touch of tang.
  5. Blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, until smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice if needed.
  7. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
  8. Garnish with a mint sprig or extra lime slices if desired.
