- Cut the watermelon into manageable cubes, approximately 1-inch in size, removing any large seeds with a spoon or knife.
- Add the watermelon cubes, lime juice, tequila, fresh basil leaves, a pinch of salt, and a handful of ice cubes into the blender.4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeds removed
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth, thick, and frothy, about 30-45 seconds. The colour should be vibrant pink-red and the texture creamy with small pulp bits.
- Pour the blended cocktail into chilled glasses, leaving a small space at the top for garnish.

Notes
