Method
 

  1. Add cubed watermelon to a blender (use frozen cubes for a frozen version).
  2. Blend until smooth and juicy.
  3. Strain the juice if you prefer a smoother texture.
  4. Fill a shaker with ice and pour in the watermelon juice.
  5. Add tequila, orange liqueur (or triple sec), fresh lime juice, and simple syrup if needed.
  6. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  7. Rim a glass with salt, fill it with ice, pour the margarita over it, and serve immediately.
