Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ripe watermelon chunks seedless or de-seeded for smooth blending
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice about 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, to taste
  • 1 cup cold water

Method
 

  1. Measure out 2 cups of ripe watermelon chunks and place them into the blender.

Notes

For a thicker consistency, reduce the water or add a small amount of Greek yogurt. Adjust sweetness with honey or agave syrup as needed.
