Method
- Blend the watermelon chunks in a blender until smooth.
- Juice the lemons and add the fresh lemon juice to the blender with the watermelon.
- Add honey to taste and blend again until fully combined.
- Serve over ice cubes, but for an extra cold drink without dilution, freeze some of the watermelon juice into ice cubes and use them to chill the lemonade.
- Optionally, garnish with a lemon slice or mint leaves for an added touch of freshness.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
Notes
For a smoother drink, strain out some pulp if preferred. Adjust sweetness with more honey as desired. Can be garnished with lemon slices or mint leaves.
