- Cut the watermelon in half and remove the rind.
- Slice the watermelon into chunks and remove any seeds, if necessary.
- Add the watermelon chunks to the blender and blend until smooth.
- If desired, strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove the pulp.
- Taste the juice and add lime juice or sweetener if needed.
- Pour the juice into a glass or pitcher.
- If you like your juice cold, add a few ice cubes or chill it in the fridge.
