- Cube the watermelon and remove any seeds if necessary.
- Blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth (optional, for a smoother texture).
- Stir in honey or agave syrup and a pinch of salt to taste.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks into each mold.
- Place the molds in the freezer.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the pops are fully set.
- Once frozen, remove the pops from the molds.
