Cube the watermelon and chop the cucumber into thin slices.
Add a handful of fresh mint or basil to the mix for an added herbal kick.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon, cucumber, and crumbled feta.
Toss gently to mix, being careful not to break up the feta too much.
Grind some fresh black pepper over the top to taste.
