Method
 

  1. Cut watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds.
  2. Place watermelon cubes into a blender jar.
  3. Pour in cold water.
  4. Blend on high speed until fully smooth.
  5. Taste the mixture for natural sweetness.
  6. Add sugar or honey if needed.
  7. Blend again briefly to combine.
  8. Strain through a fine sieve if smoother texture is preferred.
  9. Transfer the drink into a serving jug.
  10. Chill for 20–30 minutes if time allows for a colder, more refreshing drink.
  11. Stir well before pouring into glasses.
  12. Serve over ice and enjoy immediately.
