Watermelon Agua Fresca

The mixture results in a vibrant, slightly cloudy drink with a smooth, refreshing texture and a splash of carbonation, served over ice. The technique involves pureeing the watermelon and combining it with fresh ingredients for a lightly fizzy, hydrating drink.
