Watermelon Agua Fresca

Watermelon agua fresca is a chilled beverage made by blending ripe watermelon with lime juice, mint, and soda water. The mixture results in a vibrant, slightly cloudy drink with a smooth, refreshing texture and a splash of carbonation, served over ice. The technique involves pureeing the watermelon and combining it with fresh ingredients for a lightly fizzy, hydrating drink.
