  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks chopped and frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk full-fat or light as preferred
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice for zing
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional for sweetness

Method
 

  1. Measure out the frozen pineapple chunks using a measuring cup and add them to the blender jar.
  2. Pour in the coconut milk and fresh orange juice into the blender with the pineapple.
  3. Add the honey to the mixture for added sweetness.
  4. Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed for about 30-45 seconds, until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and frothy with no visible chunks.
  5. Stop the blender and observe the texture. The smoothie should be thick, vibrant, and well combined, with a slight foam on top.
  6. Pour the smoothie into glasses, optionally garnish with a pineapple wedge or a sprig of mint, and serve immediately.
