  • Orange juice 1/2 cup: Brings a fresh citrusy zing.

Method
 

  1. Add pineapple chunks to the blender.
  2. Peel and add the banana.
  3. Pour in coconut milk.
  4. Add orange juice.
  5. Add ice to the blender.
  6. Blend on high until smooth.
  7. Stop and scrape down sides if needed.
  8. Blend again until creamy.
  9. Taste and add sweetener if needed.
  10. Blend briefly to combine.
  11. Pour into a glass.
  12. Serve immediately and enjoy.
