- Rinse strawberries gently under cool water.

- Pat them dry completely with a clean towel.

- Hull the strawberries and slice them in halves.

- In a bowl, add softened cream cheese.

- Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and fluffy.

- Transfer filling into a piping bag or spoon.

- Pipe or spoon filling onto each strawberry half.

- Arrange stuffed strawberries on a serving plate.

- Chill stuffed strawberries for about 15–20 minutes.

- Serve the strawberries.
