Method
 

  1. Wash strawberries gently and pat them dry.
  2. Hull and slice strawberries into smaller pieces.
  3. Add strawberries into a blender jar.
  4. Pour in the full-fat coconut milk.
  5. Add honey or preferred sweetener.
  6. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  8. Chill the blended mixture in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes before freezing for smoother texture.
  9. Transfer mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  10. Freeze for about 1½ hours, then stir to break ice crystals.
  11. Stir mixture gently to break ice crystals.
  12. Freeze another 1–2 hours until softly scoopable.
  13. Scoop into bowls and garnish before serving.
