Method
 

  1. Wash and slice fresh strawberries.
  2. Place tea bags in a heatproof pitcher.
  3. Boil water separately in a kettle.
  4. Pour hot water over tea bags.
  5. Steep tea for 3–5 minutes depending on desired strength, avoiding longer brewing to prevent bitterness.
  6. Remove tea bags gently from liquid.
  7. Let tea cool slightly before adding sliced strawberries to preserve fresh fruity flavor.
  8. Stir in honey until fully dissolved.
  9. Let mixture cool at room temperature.
  10. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to allow strawberries to infuse deeper color and flavor.
  11. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  12. Strain or serve with fruit pieces as desired.
