- Brew 1 cup of strong coffee or espresso.
- While the coffee brews, heat the strawberry syrup slightly until warm.
- Froth ½ cup of milk until creamy and slightly foamy.
- In a mug, combine the brewed coffee and strawberry syrup, stirring to blend.
- Pour the frothed milk into the mug, leaving some foam to spoon on top for a creamy finish.
- Add a pinch of freshly ground black pepper and stir gently. Stir in the strawberry syrup and combine well.
- Top with the milk foam and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust the amount of black pepper to taste for a milder or stronger zing. For a sweeter drink, add more strawberry syrup as desired.
