  • 1 large cucumber fresh and firm
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 piece lemon for fresh juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil optional, for dressing

Method
 

  1. Use a chef's knife and cutting board to thinly slice the red onion, then set aside.
