Ingredients

  • Cream cheese 1 cup, softened: Enough to spread generously over about 10–12 bite-size bases.
  • Blueberry jam ½ cup: Adds sweet tangy flavor and glossy topping.
  • Croissants or mini tart shells 6 slices: Form the crisp buttery base.
  • Strawberries 1 cup, diced: Provide fresh juicy red fruit layer.
  • Blueberries 1 cup, whole: Add vibrant color and natural sweetness.
  • White chocolate chips 1 cup, melted: Create decorative sweet drizzle.

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Baking tray (optional for toasting bases)
  • Serving platter

Method

  1. Slice croissants or prepare mini tart shells as the base.
  2. Lightly toast bases if you prefer extra crisp texture.
  3. Spread softened cream cheese evenly over each base.
  4. Spoon a small layer of blueberry jam on top.
  5. Add diced strawberries to create the red layer.
  6. Pat the diced strawberries and blueberries dry before layering to prevent the bases from becoming soggy.
  7. Place whole blueberries over the top.
  8. Melt white chocolate gently using short microwave intervals or a double boiler until smooth.
  9. Drizzle melted chocolate lightly across each bite.
  10. Arrange bites neatly on a serving platter.
  11. Serve immediately after assembling or chill briefly only if using tart shells for better structure.
