Method
- Pop the popcorn and place it in a large bowl, removing unpopped kernels
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat
- Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth
- Stir in vanilla extract
- Pour the mixture over popcorn and mix quickly to coat evenly
- Add sprinkles immediately after mixing the marshmallow mixture with popcorn, while it's still sticky
- Spread onto a tray and let it cool slightly
- Serve once set

For extra color, use themed edible glitter or additional decorative toppings. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days to maintain crunch.
