Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz prosecco chilled
  • 1 oz elderflower syrup adjust to taste
  • 2 oz soda water chilled
  • 4 fresh mint leaves mint leaves for garnish and aroma
  • 1 slice lemon for garnish

  • Measuring jigger
  • Bar spoon
  • Long stirring spoon

Method
 

  1. Fill a wine or spritz glass with ice cubes to chill the vessel and set the stage for a refreshing drink.
  2. Using a measuring jigger, pour 3 oz of chilled prosecco into the glass over the ice, watching for a gentle fizz as it's added.
  3. Add 1 oz of elderflower syrup to the glass, pouring it slowly to create a slight swirl in the liquid while maintaining clarity and effervescence.
  4. Gently top off the mixture with 2 oz of chilled soda water, pouring steadily and observing the bubbly rise and mix with other ingredients.
  5. Use a bar spoon or long stirrer to gently stir the contents of the glass, combining the ingredients evenly and observing the sparkling, clear appearance with floating mint leaves and a lemon slice.
  6. Garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves and a lemon slice on the rim, then serve immediately to enjoy the bright aroma, effervescent texture, and vibrant presentation.

Notes

For an extra fragrant touch, gently slap the mint leaves before garnishing to release their oils.
