  • Salt and pepper to taste: Enhance and balance flavors.

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place bread halves on a baking tray cut side up.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic.
  4. Spread the garlic butter evenly over the bread.
  5. Cover loosely with foil for the first few minutes if your oven runs very hot.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously on top.
  7. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  8. Place tray in the oven.
  9. Bake for about 8–10 minutes until cheese melts.
  10. Broil for 1–2 minutes for golden edges if desired.
  11. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  12. Sprinkle chopped parsley for garnish.
  13. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Bake at moderate-high heat (around 375–400°F) and broil briefly at the end for crisp golden edges.
