Method

  4. Sear the chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden but not fully cooked.
  5. Remove chicken from the skillet and let it cool slightly for easier wrapping.
  6. Wrap each chicken breast with prosciutto slices, fitting them snugly around the meat.
  7. Arrange the wrapped chicken in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
  8. Scatter halved cherry tomatoes around and slightly over the chicken pieces.
  9. Top each portion with fresh mozzarella slices, then bake for 15–20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
  10. Rest briefly, garnish with fresh basil leaves, and serve warm.
