Method
 

  1. Fill a small pot with 2 cups of water.
  2. Add fresh rosemary, cinnamon sticks, and cloves.
  3. Grate orange and lemon zest and add to the pot.
  4. Stir the ingredients together.
  5. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  6. Once it starts simmering, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer gently.
  7. Keep an eye on the water level, adding more as necessary.
  8. Simmer for 1-2 hours, or until the fragrance fills the room.
  9. Stir occasionally to enhance the scent.
  10. Remove from heat when the fragrance is strong enough.
  11. Discard used ingredients after they lose their scent, or store for future use.
  12. Reheat and top up with water for reuse.
