Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
  3. Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Place flour in one shallow bowl.
  5. Add beaten eggs to another bowl.
  6. Mix breadcrumbs with paprika and garlic powder in a third bowl.
  7. Coat each chicken tender in flour evenly.
  8. Dip floured chicken into beaten eggs.
  9. Roll chicken in breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently.
  10. Arrange coated tenders in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  11. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  12. Remove and rest briefly before serving hot.
