Hi, I’m Anjali Arora — the curious heart behind Feast Chase.
To be honest, I’ve always felt most at ease in my own company. I’m not exactly a people-person (small talk still makes me cringe), but there are two things I’ve always loved deeply: animals and food.
My dog Shiro is my shadow — always close, whether I’m chasing the whiff of something new in a foreign kitchen or curled up with a book and leftovers on the couch. He’s been my travel buddy, my taste tester, and the calm in my occasional chaos.

I’ve never been drawn to fast-paced travel. I prefer to wander slowly, notice things others might miss, and taste as much as I can along the way. I believe every culture tells a story through its food, and I’m here to listen — one bite at a time.
American and Italian dishes are my comfort zone (yes, pizza is sacred), but what really excites me is trying something unexpected — that unfamiliar dish on the corner menu, or a home-cooked meal from a new friend.

My 2025’s 3 Favorite Recipes (So Far…)
I didn’t set out to become a blogger.
What I did want was a space to honor the small joys that often go unnoticed — the first sip of coffee on a rainy morning, a spice you can’t quite name but can’t stop tasting, a silent walk through a new city that feels oddly like home.
Feast Chase is my way of slowing down and soaking all of that in. It’s where I share stories, flavors, photos, and those quiet moments that somehow end up meaning everything.
If you’re here for recipes, slow travel tips, or just a soft, welcoming corner of the internet — you’re in the right place.
Let’s savor the beautiful, weird, delicious parts of life together.
